Praise In The Middle

Now that the event has been a success, I want to share something with you. Your victory is in your praise. You overcome the enemy by the Blood of The Lamb and by the word of your own testimony. Let’s take a look back on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 (before a Call To Worship)…

The LORD woke me early. I think it was before 4:30 am. I was blessed all morning, even after having a flat tire when taking my son to school. No one was hurt. That was the second flat tire I had in two weeks. See, the enemy has an old playbook with old plays he’s been using since the beginning of the world. What I know is that VICTORY IS MINE! After making it safely home (praise God), my son and I spent the whole day listening to worship songs and singing together to God. We read scriptures, prayed, and continued listening to Gospel music. My son’s favorite song is “They That Wait” by Fred Hammond.

But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

My son and I have a “Word of The Day” every morning. The word on November 17^th was “courage”. Two days prior (11-15/21), the Holy Spirit led me to start leaving notes for my son after taking him to school, before I went to work. I started writing little messages and sealing them with, “I love you.” When I came home from work that day, he greeted me with a big hug and a picture he made for me. Let me tell you, it’s worth everything. The next day, the word was JOY – and while we were eating them, Emanuel looked over and saw that the OREO package we bought that same day, had the word JOY on the front in huge letters!

After dinner on November 15th, Emanuel was looking for toys for his Christmas list. He was led by the Holy Spirit to look for Bible plushies (stuffed toys like Bible characters and animals). Then, he was led to look for LEGOS in the same category. This is what he found: The nativity, Jesus walking on water (when HE told Peter to “Come”), David and Goliath, Moses, Jesus “The Good Shepherd”, and more! – all made from Lego-like bricks. For those of you who don’t know, I was a LEGO fanatic as a child. My son is carrying on that legacy too. Then, the LORD led Emanuel to search for the LEGO Bible. We found “The Bible: Part One”

Of course, we had to watch that. At minute 0:38:07, we had to stop the movie and worship, in honor of The Angel of The LORD! I thought bricks were awesome before, but this was AWESOME!

On the afternoon of November 16th, I felt so exhausted. I had not slept in about 2+ days. I said, “I just need to rest.” I clicked play on my usual background noise – praise or preaching, and I heard Pastor Michael Todd of Transformation Church say, “God is going to give you rest.” AMEN!

Are you seeing a theme here? God knows exactly what you need, and He will speak to you in everything if you let Him.

Let’s go back a little further…

Sunday, December 12, 2021, @ 9:30 PM – The Holy Spirit lead me to watch “Radical Sabbatical” by Dr. Cindy Trimm (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sp6CSrY6Jj0). Oooh, speak LORD! Some of you know that I have been on sabbatical since the week before Thanksgiving. I went through an extremely stressful event and in the face of injury, I decided to take a step back and re-evaluate some things concerning my future. By faith, I claimed my prophecies from the mentioned video. One thing that stood out was the proclamation that in 52 days, there would be a breakthrough. On THAT DAY, IT WAS EXACTLY 52 DAYS until the first Wednesday of February 2022, a major event day that I will share later (on February 2, 2022).

Exactly 50 days from the next day, December 13^th, I heard in my spirit that there will be PENTECOST (https://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/christianity/holydays/pentecost.shtml) – exactly February 1^st, 2022.

On December 14^th, I heard the sound of knocking in my spirit. The LORD is at the door! Open up to Him!

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20

December 19^th, I heard the LORD whispering my name. December 20^th, I heard the message from Tony Evans, “Your Time Is Now.” I think it was November 27^th, when the Holy Spirit gave me the vision of A Call To Worship (https://wiseeku.wordpress.com/events/call-to-worship/). Even though it officially started on December 1^st, 2021, I was already fasting and praying for it from this day.

Back to October 2021 – This is an X-Ray of my knee that is permanently bent due to an injury that also broke a bone in my ankle.

I know what you’re thinking – knees are not supposed to bend that way! That’s right. The forward bending joint is angled to the side. As I continue to stand and walk, this angle gets wider with the pressure of my weight. After about six months of a physically demanding job, I could barely stand at the end of a shift. Although it is an old injury, it was all new pain this year. I had to choose whether to continue doing the same thing and end up with a worse injury or do something different.

What will you turn to when life bears down on your shoulders? God does not ask you to be invincible – that’s His arena. He just wants to know where your heart is.

So, today is the day of promised BREAKTHROUGH! I don’t know about you, but I am SUPER FIRED UP about what God is doing and what He is about to do.

I don’t know is coming next, but I know that GOD is going to move in a mighty way. He is going to make my enemies fall silent. He is going to make all things work together for my good. He is going to cause me to triumph! The enemy thought he had me – he tried to break my legs, break the bank, and break my spirit. BUT I DECLARE THAT THE LORD IS HIGH AND LIFTED UP! I AM STILL PRAISING HIM!

What next? My pastor has called a fast from 6 AM to Noon, every day. I suggest you get in on it because God has been dropping hints for a minute. OKAY!
